I missed it on my self-exam, but fortunately, he did not. It turned out to be an "evolving" melanoma within a pre-existing nevus. Thanks to the quality of your photographs and Dr. Ming's expertise, I was able to have a resection with minimal tissue removal. You photo helped to diagnose a "pre"-melanoma.
